Cunningham’s new role will include partnering with team leaders in the U.S. and Canada to help them develop a more proactive approach to their revenue goals and business plans. After a year of lockdowns and social distancing, Cunningham looks forward to building relationships with leaders and enhancing the company’s culture, both of which she believes are an important component to LifeVantage’s future financial success.
“Culture is a big thing,” Cunningham says. “Internally, we want distributors to feel supported and able to progress.”
